2) it fits a XS :((
Anyway, the bid came up to USD100+USD10 (shipping)= USD110 which is not all worth it if I can barely squeeze my fat arse into it.

there was the robinson's expo sale last weekend and boy!
I got myself into spending 100+ over at the sale.




YSL lipgloss was selling for only 20 while the 2 way cake was selling for $40!
wayy lower than the usual price.
Got my mum an anti aging lotion as well. (:

I fuckin' love weekends!!
This is when I can relax and not rush think about schoolwork.
Another month and the exams are here and well, shopping at KL after that will be a blast!
In fact, I m so excited about the shopping trip that I do not feel like studying for the upcoming exams at all.
One thing great about family trips is I have no money woes because they are paid for but the downside is my parents prefer eating to shopping whenever we are overseas.

Anyway, I caught true blood and vampire diaries and well, I don't like them at all!
I can't understand why anyone would be crazy over these series because they remind me of twilight.
Ugh.
Its just my opinion thats all. No hard feelings.
Anyway, if you're really interested, vamp diaries are really more of a teenage series while true blood has a more serious tone to it.

I finally got down to personalizing my shoes (:
Love the studs, no?
I spent an hour piercing them into my shoes.
At first I thought the metal would be too feeble to go through the shoes.
Each pair is only $12.50 and with these studs, it looks like $30!
I am very proud of me-self.

You know I was surfing stomp.com.sg (and yes, I am so damn bo liao) and came across this controversy about this year's PSLE papers.
Apparently, they are too difficult for the primary school students.

One question such as:
"Jim bought some chocolates and gave half of it to Ken. Ken bought some sweets and gave half of it to Jim. Jim ate 12 sweets and Ken ate 18 chocolates. The ratio of Jim’s sweets to chocolates became 1:7 and the ratio of Ken’s sweets to chocolates became 1:4. How many sweets did Ken buy?"

Got the answer? Well, I managed to get the answer using simple simultaneous equation. How about you?
How long I took to do this question?
I'm so embarassed to answer this question because I made like 10 careless mistakes whilst doing this stupid question.
But it is 'do-able', I rest assure you.

The answer? 68.

Seriously, I dont understand why the parents are making big hoo-ha over this issue.
They are comparing their abilities to complete the question to that of their 12 years old/ I-am-supposed-to-have-learnt-it-in-class children.
This is ridiculous.
My 27 year old sister cannot even remember what she learned 10 years ago, be it those parents who have studied math like 3 decades ago.
And they are complaining like crazy about how difficult the paper is.. blah blah.
You think a 40 years old mother will remember the equation and the method to do meh?
I have not studied math for like 4 years and it took me a good 15 minutes (oops!) to recall the proper method to answer this question.
Ugh. What a bunch of ridiculous parents.
And whats more, they may not even learnt to do such questions in their secondary school days!
